This is the best place to get your bike serviced- I have a 2018 Honda Shadow - had new tires and oil changes done here and a 2022 Honda shadow - Turn signals relocated, had wobble in front in. Staff in this place are second to none. Hot coffee or cold water while you wait. Staff check on you to make sure your good. Test rides if interested. Go see Spencer in the Service Dept. Great guy. Will buy my next bike here. Helmets, riding gear, and a great place to meet fellow riders.

I've done business with Castle for many years. I have a rider training program where I used to do my own motorcycle maintenance until one year I just didn't have time, so I bit the bullet and took the bikes to Castle's service. The next training season I had fewer problems with the bikes breaking down. So, I've been using their service ever since.

Just purchased a new Triumph Tiger 800 XRT from Castle. Fourth bike Ive bought from Jan in the last 10 years.. Always a positive, no pressure experience. Had my 500 mile service today. Tom, Robert and the guys in back are great as always. Work done correctly and in a timely fashion. I found Castle many years ago when I stopped in with a problem I was having with an Arai helmet Id purchased elsewhere. The parts guys went way above and beyond to get my problem resolved, and as I said, it was NOT their problem, but they busted their humps to fix it anyway. That brought me back when it was time for a new bike, and the great folks in all the departments keeps me coming back. Decent prices on new machines, excellent helpful staff in parts and service, the Castle has been and remains MY dealership.

Castle Powersports has the best service and parts departments in Middle Tennessee. It's a 190 mile round trip for me to visit them, but I do it several times a year for Kawasakis and Triumphs that I own. They generally have a great inventory, ordering is quick and accurate, they have good phone support, and the service and parts departments are competent and professional. Bubba in sales, Kevin in parts and Robert, Jim, Taras, Tom and others in service have all been very helpful and I appreciate their good work.

Recently completed my 2nd purchase from the Castle (thanks Spurgeon!). Bought an '07 Triumph Tiger which I had found online. Bike was even better in person and looked and ran as new.. LUV it! Sales experience and service were first class. In 2010 I bought a new GL 1800 and then too, both the sales and service was great. And less I forget, the parts guys are OUTSTANDING!! I first came to Castle a few years ago when a new Arai helmet (NOT purchased at Castle!!) was giving me problems (faceshield side cover) The parts guys at Castle went above and beyond taking care of me, spend a LOT of time on this and did not charge me a cent! That brought me back, and that in turn led to my Goldwing and Tiger being purchased there. Great folks to deal with in all Departments!! Highly recommend to my friends!

I have a Ducati 748 and the plastic quick connect fitting busted and ducati wanted 60 per fitting after hitting some of forums and finding out that the fittings on the Triumph and the Ducati are the same i called and recieved professional service and was able to ship them to their location for a quarter of the cost and Kevin in the parts was pleasure to deal with when i purchase my next bike Castle has my business.

Hi: Just wanted to thank you guys -- especially Tom from your services - (and Spurgeon/Sales) - for your carying, for your fantastic service. Here is the story - I just got a new Street Triple a week ago; stopped to get gas yesterday first time - and after I refuelled my bike would not start. Had to tow it home last night. Today after talking with TOM, you guys picked the bike from my place and no charge! Moreover, Tom called me 2 hrs later and told me that my tank was 1/2 full of water - so the bike could not start, of course!! (Damm gas station, I rised hell there already). Tom flushed the bike, cleaned it and then he refulled it- again - at no charge!! WOW!! Guys - let me know when I can buy you a beer (or two). Thanks much!! Andre

Tom is the Yamaha WaveRunner MAN! Great service on both of my Yamaha skis. Better rate than ANY other Yamaha service center I have found b/n KY and TX. I will drag em South anytime I need some carb and compression tuning plus that little ole ding looks showroom new on the nose of the 1100.

I came a long ways to have a TORS tune upgrade on my Triumph R3T. The service rep I spoke to on the phone told me first come first serve on Saturday. I was there very early with maybe a dozen other folks when the doors openned. I was very impressed how expediently all the customers were handled. I was impressed also with the knowledge and professionalism of the service staff. My bike was in and out in good time and runs great. I was also impressed with the showroom and sales staff. I didn't purchase my bike here but may very well purchase the next one here.

We originally went to dealership to look at a Triumph my wife was interested in and after an hour we decided to go for it. The staff were excellent and so much so that when I wanted a bike for myself we went back to look at their used bikes. Kevin in the sales staff has been there for us every time and is the friendliest and most helpful person I have dealt with (plus he handles my sense of humor without crying *LOL*). By the time we were finished we have bought over 2 months a 2010 Triumph Bonneville T100 and a 2005 Kawasaki Mean streak. In the parts/accessories area the guys have also been phenomenal. After making a sweet deal on 2 Vega V-tune helmets I had issues with mine. The first one the bluetooth stuff was all messed up and they were cool about replacing it. That helmet also had a bluetooth issue (would break up within 1-2 feet) and again they were happy to replace it. I am now in my original helmet that the Vega people replaced the bluetooth module on and I have tested it and am more than happy. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Steve

Keith, our sales rep, was very helpful in helping us look at different bikes. It had been a while since I had last ridden one, but he was pretty good at easing my mind about it and even got his bike out and rode with me on the test ride. I have also had the service guys do a little work on my bike. From installing a set of Cobra pipes, tuner, and the initial oil change, these guys were always quick and courteous. I will definitely come back when it is time to upgrade.

I Purchased my bike back in September 2007, David was my sales consultant. He provided me with all the information i needed and he was pationt with me as i made my desicion. Since then i have called David several times on questions about my bike weather it be service related or accessories he is always there. I have a bike shop in the town i live in it is closer and more conveant but i will always choose castle for all my needs... The Shop in my town could learn a lot from David and his staff. I just wanted to thank you for putting together a great team at your dealership. I was in the market for a new 08 KTM SMR, there is a very limited number of these bikes in the US. I talked to Jeremy Ketchum, your local KTM rep, and he indicated that your dealership had one of the few available and he was very comfortable recommending your store. I have known Jeremy for a couple of years through a mutual friend. I spoke with Jesse Richardson, he did a good job and worked hard to get me to, in my opinion, the jewel in your organization! Shannon in parts! I have never met her, she was off when I picked up the bike Thursday May 3rd. Shannon was very good at listening and working with her contacts within KTM to pursue and answer every question and inquiry; amazing to find someone that is that focused in todays work environment. I know this first hand as a small business owner. Shannon got information that will help me gather additional accessories for the new bike based on the time frame she was able to identify; she has very good sources and knows how to pursue them to provide answers. Great job! When I arrived the bike and the paper work were ready as requested I had to drive from south of Birmingham and was on a limited time window. Jessica did a very good job with the closing paper work and explaining what was needed from me for processing, called me back on the title question I had and explained the time frame for that to happen, again good focus and great customer service! Taras the service tech, was introduced to me by Jesse and I thanked him for getting the exhaust and remap done in time for me to pick the bike up on schedule. Great guy and I wish I lived close enough to allow him to be responsible for servicing my other bikes.

A long way from home and in trouble. Rear tire on my 95 Goldwing was in dire need of changing. Was told if I get there before 3:30 pm no problem changing it out. Arrived 3:15 pm and sure enough the boys had my bike on the front lot with a new tire by 4:45. Pm. Best service Ive ever had anywhere!!!
